Learn how to make bagels from scratch with Matt Goldman, a master home baker and leader of the BETC Community Cooks team. During this three-hour class in Matt's kitchen you will create, boil and bake bagels and then sit down and enjoy them with a schmear and some lox. Class limited to four people. Date TBD.
